C. This meeting has been advertised as the final budget hearing

on the 2008 Budget.

D. This meeting has been advertised as a public hearing on a petition for vacation of Second Street between Whitcomb Ave and Western Ave. and the north one hundred feet of the alley lying between Second St. and Third St. submitted by Okanogan County Hospital District No. 4 and Dr. Robert Nau and Rosalind Nau.

A request has been received from the Hospital District to postpone the Public Hearing scheduled for November 27^th, 2007 and reschedule the hearing for January 8, 2008.

E. This meeting has been advertised as a hearing on a request for a Zoning setback variance submitted by Rich and Deb Michels for property located at 203 S. Locust Ave.
